Giveaways

Through our blog, we develop relationships with many of our favorite brands. They often choose to send us products so we can gift them away to our followers. We know how much everyone loves freebies, so we have developed a set of rules in order to maintain this practice fair to the participants and to the companies involved. Please read them carefully:

 
 

Rule #1

Giveaways are open to readers 18 years or older. Certain giveaways might have higher age restrictions. 

Rule #2

We will only ship products to a physical addresses inside continental United States (no P.O. Boxes). If you happen to win and live outside of our shipping area, we are happy to ship your prize to someone of your choice within continental U.S. as long as they meet our age requirements.

Rule #3

We reserve the right to verify the identity of the contest winners by asking for an ID and other personal details. Depending of the value of the prize, there might be tax implications. We respect your privacy, your personal details will not be shared with anyone.

Rule #4

In order to win, you must comply with the specific rules of the giveaway, which will be announced on the social media post where the official giveaway is being hosted. No donation or purchase is necessary. 

Rule #5

Winners are generated via random picking software and announced on a subsequent post. This software allows for no human interaction. Winners will be notified the day of the drawing. The lucky ones must respond within 5 days or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.

Rule #6

Goat & Table is not responsible for any late or lost entries, electronic, hardware, Internet or other technological malfunctions that result in giveaway disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond our control.

Rule #7

 By entering the giveaway, you release Goat & Table from any liability and instantly waive any and all causes of actions related to all claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the giveaway and its process, including delivery or mis-delivery of the prize.
